At 149 PM, isolated thunderstorms had started to develop, with
lightning between Independence and Buena Vista and between Brooks
and Gervais. Isolated thunderstorms with small hail, brief heavy
showers, gusty winds, and deadly lightning will continue to be 
possible from the coast range to the Cascade foothills into the 
evening hours. Be sure to take cover should threatening weather 
approach your location.
