Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop over
mainly the higher terrain of southern and central Utah this afternoon.
The strongest storms at 3:30 pm were located over eastern Washington
and western Kane counties. Some of the stronger storms may produce
locally heavy rain, small hail, strong gusty winds and dangerous 
cloud to ground lightning.
