Conference Venue
- The Workshop will be held at John Ascuaga's Nugget in Reno, Nevada and is easily accessible from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. For a map showing the location of the Nugget click here. The Workshop venue will be held on the third floor in the Southern Pacific Rooms B, C, D, and E.
- The Nugget offers complimentary frequent shuttle service to and from the airport between 5:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. and runs every half hour at the quarter hour. It's from outside baggage claim D and the ride is 10 minutes.
Lodging
- Rooms at the Nugget have been blocked at a discounted rate, $55.00 single or double. Make your reservation directly by calling the Nugget at 1-800-648-1177 thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Attendees must identify themselves as part of the DRI Workshop (GDRI) in order to receive the special group rate. Hotel accommodations are subject to an 11% tax and a $3.00 per room, per night, energy charge which may or may not be in place at the time of your arrival.
- The Hotel requires a one-night room deposit, per room, to guarantee accommodations. All major credit cards are accepted as a deposit, refundable if reservations are cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. The deposit guarantees the room until 12 Midnight on the requested arrival date. Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Arrivals may check into their room early if the guest room is available. Late check-out can be requested at the time of arrival, but can not be guaranteed. The Hotel provides complimentary space for luggage storage.
